Please Note: Due to the added influx of transfers and the national demand for firearms, gun transfers are currently taking up to an average of 3 business days past the arrival stage for FreeState to process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please give us a call before purchasing a firearm elsewhere. Our prices are very competitive and you might find that we have the firearm you are looking for either in-stock or can be ordered on demand.
All transfers must be approved in writing by FreeState Gun Range. We will not accept any transfers that include accessories or ammunition. Please submit any questions to transfers@freestategunrange.com.
Fees are $75.00 for all approved firearm transfers. Regulated firearms will be $75.00 for the transfer plus $10.00 for the MSP application fee. Buyer will pay a special handling fee of $125.00 plus MSP fee if applicable for ANY firearm shipped without prior written approval from FreeState.
Firearms we routinely have in stock include but are not limited to: Glock, Smith and Wesson, Springfield, Beretta, Remington, Mossberg, and more. Avoid the transfer fee and stop by the store and check out our vast selection.
When we receive your request for a transfer, then the firearm from the supplier, we will give you a call to come in to complete your paperwork. Once we call you, you have 30 days to come in and complete/pickup the firearm.
Please read and agree to the following agreement:
I understand that I have no more than 30 days to complete MSP and/or Federal Paperwork on the firearm listed above, starting the first day of initial contact/purchase. If my holding period expires, I acknowledge that I will forfeit the firearm to FreeState Gun Range, along with any fees, payments, and/or any dues already towards it.
