Bryan Fletcher:  Director of Training

MSP Licensed Firearms Instructor

MPD Firearms Instructor (DC)

NRA Certified Instructor

Born and raised in Western Maryland, Bryan grew up around firearms in the home where they were tools for both protection and hunting. A recent empty-nester, he is proud to have raised two successful boys alongside his wife of 30+ years.  With a passion for all things guns and speed, Bryan spends his downtime enjoying motorsports and working on various projects. A frontline supervisory role at a Fortune 100 company for many years helped prepare him for his current role as Director of Training. He is proud to have assembled a great team in the Training Department.

Teaching Philosophy: Train and practice constantly. When we stop training, complacency sets in, and we become a danger to ourselves and everyone around us.

Joshua Poindexter: Firearms and Tactics Instructor

MSP Certified Firearms Instructor

Josh is a first-generation military veteran serving in the Army as a Military Police in Afghanistan, Egypt, and Romania. Transitioning to the National Guard to assist with disasters here in Maryland, Josh worked in Law Enforcement in both stateside military installations and US territories. Coming from Washington D.C., Josh is a charismatic instructor with a sometimes unorthodox view on firearms. He is very passionate about teaching people and putting them in the best position to reach their accomplishments. Josh is a tinkerer, quick to disassemble a computer or a firearm to see how they tick. A bit of dry humor helps draw people to him. Always wanting to learn, he is as quick to sit in a class as he is to stand in front of it. Very big on family and his dog, Josh will always have a smile and an energy drink.
