Classroom Instruction

• Home and workplace safety strategies
• Automobile/car jacking
• Physical safety in public ie., elevators, restrooms, etc.
• Mindset and awareness
• Use of devices such as pepper spray, stun guns, etc.
• Home protection systems and lighting
• Additional self-defense training opportunities
• Computer and Internet safety and fraud
• Out of town travel security 

Pre-requisites:  No prior experience required
